PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforation leather-like sheet that presents a novel design by allowing a user to visually recognize the presence of a nonwoven fabric on an inner surface of through holes.SOLUTION: The perforation leather-like sheet includes: a nonwoven fabric in which a plurality of through holes are formed and which is formed from filaments having a fineness of 1 dtex or less; and a resin layer which is laminated on a surface of the nonwoven fabric and has a thickness of 20-200μm. The thickness ratio of the resin layer to the nonwoven fabric (resin layer/nonwoven fabric) is 0.2 or less.
