<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for inspecting a filter membrane plate by image processing which can determine whether a filter membrane plate having a crack, a membrane formation failure, etc., exists or not in a short time even when camera blur occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a camera 2 which is installed above a water tank and photographs a plurality of the filter membrane plates soaked into the liquid in the water tank, an input image making part 21a that prepares an input image from image signals obtained by photographing a plurality of the filter membrane plates with the camera while force-feeding air into the plurality of the filter membrane plates, an optical flow calculation processing part 21b that calculates an optical flow on the basis of the two input images prepared by the input image preparing part and outputs the calculation result of the optical flow, and a damaged filter membrane plate presence determination processing part 21c that determines whether a damaged filter membrane plate exists or not on the basis of the calculation result of the optical flow and outputs result data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
