<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a trapezoid coil with a reduced winding twist angle into a tooth portion of a laminated steel plate stator core. <P>SOLUTION: A motor stator 1 comprises: a stator core 30 where a plurality of recessed slots 32 and a plurality of projecting teeth 31 are formed on an inner periphery; and a plurality of trapezoid coils 10 which are disposed in the slots 32 and concentrically wound in a trapezoid. In a manufacturing method of the motor stator 1, the trapezoid coils 10B and 10C are inserted into respective slots 32 of the second tooth 31B and the third tooth 31C, which are adjacent to either side of the first tooth 31A, and then a first coil 10A is deformed in a hollow state, one side part of the first trapezoid coil 10A is inserted into the slot 32A on one side of the first tooth 31A, and the other side part of the first coil 10A is inserted into the slot 32A on the other side of the first tooth 31A. A right and left turn part 11 of the trapezoid coil 10 is guided by a coil holding part 51, and therefore the coil holding part 51 is moved from side to side by a movement mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
