<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a proper flow of fuel gas obtained by mixing solid fuel and air, in a combustion burner. <P>SOLUTION: This combustion burner includes: a fuel nozzle 51 through which fuel gas obtained by mixing pulverized coal and primary air can be blown; and a secondary air nozzle 52 through which secondary air can be blown from the exterior of the fuel nozzle 51. A flame stabilizer 54 is provided at an axial center side in a distal end of the fuel nozzle 51.
