<p>Ionising electrode is produced by powder metallurgy from Pb dispersion hardened with Cu, Mn, Ni or Te. This electrode is esp. useful for electrostatic gas purifn. for separating and precipitating solid and liquid constituents, pref. from corrosive gases. These electrodes have above average strength at low temp. relatively slight change in strength with increasing temp. even close to m.pt. E-modulus, electrical and thermal conductivity are almost independent of disperse phase and corrosion resistance is close to that of Pb, provided that no oxide phase is present.</p> |
