<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defective portion identification label detecting device capable of detecting a defective portion identification label in the state in which a belt-like body is wound up in a rolled shape, and to provide a conveying speed control system using the defective portion identification label detecting device. <P>SOLUTION: The defective portion identification label detecting device configured to detect the defective portion identification label applied to the belt-like body in the state of being wound up in the rolled shape includes: a sensor which detects the defective portion identification label; a contact roll which is integrally fixed to the sensor, and comes into contact with the outer peripheral part of the belt-like roll body; and a following means which, when the belt-like body in the state of being wound up in the rolled shape is wound off, and the roll diameter of the belt-like body is gradually reduced, adjusts the position of the contact roll following the reduction in the diameter of the belt-like roll body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
