A multi-panel display device having a center panel positioned between a first side panel and a second side panel and a third panel comprising a header panel and an adhesive panel. In one aspect, the invention can be a blank for a multi-panel display device comprising: a center panel; a first side panel attached to the center panel along a first pre-weakened line; a second side panel attached to the center panel along a second pre-weakened line; and a third panel comprising a header panel and an adhesive panel, the third panel detachably coupled to the second side panel along a third pre-weakened line.

1. A blank for a multi-panel display device comprising:
a center panel having a first edge and a second edge; a first side panel having a first free edge and a second edge, the second edge of the first side panel attached to the first edge of the center panel along a first pre-weakened line; a second side panel having a first edge and a second edge, the first edge of the second side panel attached to the second edge of the center panel along a second pre-weakened line; a third panel comprising a header panel and an adhesive panel, the third panel having a first edge and a second free edge, the first edge of the third panel detachably coupled to the second edge of the second side panel along a third pre-weakened line; and wherein the adhesive panel comprises the first edge of the third panel and a second edge and wherein the header panel comprises the second free edge of the third panel and a first edge, wherein the second edge of the adhesive panel is detachably coupled to the first edge of the header panel along a fourth pre-weakened line.
