<p>The present invention relates to an active hood latch assembly, and more specifically, to an active hood latch assembly which can prevent the malfunction of an active hood latch. The active hood latch assembly capable of raising a hood covering an engine room of a vehicle upwardly comprises: a case fixated and installed in the vehicle of the engine room and in which a guide groove is formed; a base on which an interworking pin moving along the guide groove protrudes from the center of a lower part and a buffer member capable of relieving impacts by coming in contact with the hood of the vehicle is formed to be curved in an upper portion; an elastic member having one end to be installed in the case in order to elastically support the base and on which a curved support protrusion elastically supporting the base is formed on the one end; and a pawl-lever which is installed in the case in order to be engaged in the support protrusion and restricts the rotation of the elastic member.</p> |
