<p>The present invention relates to a graphic user interface for a three dimensional circuit board inspection apparatus. The graphic user interface comprises: a survey screen display area displaying a three dimensional survey screen expanding at least a portion of a component based on three dimensional survey data about the component mounted in a circuit board; and a cross section profile display area displaying at least one lead of component leads. When an excitation defect is determined as a height of a cross section of a lead of the component leads exceeds a standard height, the cross section profile of the lead determined as the excitation defect and a cross section profile of at least one lead adjacent to the lead determined with the excitation defect are displayed together in the cross section profile display area. The graphic user interface enables a user to quickly and precisely judge whether a cross section profile of a lead is an excitation defect or not, thereby improving speed and accuracy of a circuit board inspection.</p> |
