<p>The present invention relates to an interface apparatus for operating an automatic system of a vessel. Specifically, the interface apparatus for operating the automatic system of a vessel enables the automatic system of a vessel composed of a plurality of sub-systems to be operated by one operating device. The interface apparatus can communicate with a control module installed in at least one control device controlled by the automatic system of a vessel, having an interface module stored with at least one interface menu capable of dealing with an output from an input and a control device about at least one control device.
