PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently output a stop signal for stopping an outdoor unit in fixed timing manually synchronously with measurement start of electric energy at the interval of a reference time over an entire power receiving facility.SOLUTION: An independent synchronous operation type demand reduction device comprises: a control power supply input circuit 10 including a main power supply switch 11; a synchronizing instruction push-button 20 for manual synchronism with measurement start of electric energy over an entire power receiving facility 2; a timer 30 for measuring a time synchronously with turning-on of the synchronizing instruction push-button 20; a program controller 40 for setting the timing to stop an outdoor unit 6 at the interval of a reference time from the measurement start of electric energy over the entire power receiving facility 2 synchronized with the synchronizing instruction push-button 20; a control timing determination circuit 50 which generates a stop signal for stopping the outdoor unit 6 during a period in which the time measured by the timer 30 achieves the timing set by the program controller 40; and a control signal output circuit 60 which outputs the stop signal to the outdoor units 6 for a plurality of air conditioners.
