PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system capable of, in accordance with a demand response using a battery installed in a vehicle, fairly giving an incentive to a target user who has preliminarily made a contract of the demand response in the case of relaxing power excess or power shortage in a specific area.SOLUTION: A power management system is characterized to notify a user of incentive conditions for encouraging the user to execute the charging/discharging of a battery installed in a vehicle in an area where power excess or power shortage occurs, and to give an incentive to the user who has performed charging/discharging corresponding to the incentive conditions among the users who have been notified of the incentive conditions. |
