PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract image data of an image of any arbitrary subject imaged from a specific imaging position by intuitively designating an extraction condition of the image.SOLUTION: An image extraction device comprises: a communication part 12 for receiving information about a designated position which is designated on a map being displayed on a display part of a terminal and information about an imaging azimuth from the terminal over a network; an image storage part 14 for storing a plurality of image data items with which the imaging position information about the imaging position of an image and the imaging azimuth information about the imaging azimuth of the image are associated; an extraction part (CPU) 10 for extracting the image data with which the imaging position information about the designated position and the imaging azimuth information about the imaging azimuth are associated, from among the plurality of image data items being stored in the image storage part, on the basis of the information about the designated position and the information about the imaging azimuth, which are received by the communication part; and the communication part for transmitting the image data extracted by the extraction part to the terminal.
