PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an electromagnetic drive coil device where a surrounding of coil is molded with resin.SOLUTION: A stator assembly 100 is mounted on a core 212 of an injection mold 200. In a state that a coupling part 32 of a resin made connector frame member 30 manufactured on a separate body is connected, mold resin P is dispensed. Thereby, an integrated molded electromagnetic drive coil device is formed.
