<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrospray device capable of continuously performing coating of solution material via a mask.SOLUTION: An electrospray device 100 includes: a nozzle 5 which performs spray while applying a voltage to solution material; a mask 6 arranged near a substrate 200 between the nozzle 5 and the substrate 200; a substrate unwinding rotation body 1 which unwinds the substrate 200 wound in a roll shape; and a substrate winding rotation body 2 which winds the substrate 200 unwound from the substrate unwinding rotation body 1. Therein, the mask 6 is made of resin and is configured so as to be transported together with the substrate 200 which is unwound from the substrate unwinding rotation body 1 and is continuously transported at least in a coating area 201 where the solution material sprayed from the nozzle 5 is applied on the substrate 200, of a transportation path A of the substrate 200 between the substrate unwinding rotation body 1 and the substrate winding rotation body 2.</p> |
