PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and an information processing program capable of suppressing an increase in operation frequency required for moving a display range to the target range of image information.SOLUTION: An information processor 1 includes: display control means 100 for relatively movably controlling the display of the display range of a display part 12 corresponding to image information 111; track detection means 102 for detecting, from an operation to a touch-sensitive operation part 13 arranged so as to be overlapped with the display part 12, a track generated when the touch-sensitive operation part 13 is touched by an operator; track determination means 103 for determining whether or not the detected track is coincident with or similar to a predetermined patter; and movement processing means 104 for performing movement processing of, when it is determined that the detected track is coincident with or similar to the pattern, moving the display range to the range of the image information 111 preliminarily associated with the pattern, and of, when it is determined that the detected track is not coincident with or similar to the pattern, moving the display range to the image information 111 on the basis of the track. |
