<p>In the present invention, provided is a composition, which enables the function of the liver damaged by drinking, smoking and stress to return and has an outstanding efficacy of relieving hangovers, comprising silybin or silybin isomer, flavone, and lecithin as active ingredients wherein the silybin or the silybin isomer is ideally derived from milk thistle extracts, the flavone is derived from passion flower extracts and the lecithin is derived from soybean. In addition, 1-20 wt% of the silybin or silybin isomer is added for the total of the composition for relieving hangovers.</p> |
