PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device and others which inhibit contents of operation instructions from being leaked outside.SOLUTION: An information processing method includes the steps in which: an information processing device acquires in-facility information of a terminal device 20 in a facility 30 (S1); the information processing device generates an encryption key corresponding to the in-facility information (S2); the information processing device encrypts data to be transmitted to the terminal device 20 by the generated encrypted key (S3); the terminal device 20 receives the encrypted data and generates an encryption key corresponding to the in-facility information of its own terminal device 20 in the facility 30 (S5); and decrypts the received data by the generated encrypted key (S6).
