PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door handle device in which a door handle can be popped up only when needed, and the door handle can be displaceable between a retraction position and a pop-up position by utilizing rotation of a cam.SOLUTION: A door handle device comprises a door handle (1) which is fitted to a vehicular door (24) and is displaceable between a retraction position (R) and a pop-up position (P) and a door handle displacement mechanism (20) which is linked with the door handle and displaces the door handle between the retraction position (R) and the pop-up position (P). The door handle displacement mechanism (20) includes an actuator (5) which generates power for displacing the door handle (1) and a cam (16) which is rotated by the power from the actuator (5). When the actuator (5) is started and the cam (16) is rotated, the door handle (1) is displaced to the pop-up position (P), and, the cam (16) being rotated further, the door handle is displaced to the retraction position (R). |
