PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a thermoelectric conversion element which can be operated continuously without requiring to lay the wiring or to replace a battery, while suppressing damage on the thermoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: A temperature detector 101 includes a detecting section 11 having a temperature receiving element 2, a power generating section 12 having a thermoelectric conversion element 3, a first heat transfer section 41 for transferring heat or cold heat to the power generating section 12, an emitting section 13, a second heat transfer section 42 for transferring heat or cold heat to the emitting section 13, and an output section 14 for outputting the measurement results. The power required for operation of the temperature receiving element 2 and output section 14 is supplied by the thermoelectric conversion element 3. In the fixing structure of a thermoelectric conversion element, the power generating section 12 includes an element pressing structure 16 for fixing the thermoelectric conversion element 3 by pressing, and thermal connection elements 45a, 45b having shock absorbing properties are interposed between the first heat transfer section 41 and thermoelectric conversion element 3 or between the second heat transfer section 42 and thermoelectric conversion element 3. |
