摘要 A method is needed to prevent current from passing through a battery and a load/charger when at zero voltage. According to the present invention, a first logic switch (113) connects a gate (122) of a current pass FET (114) and a charger (load) first terminal node directly connected to a battery. A control input of the first logic switch (113) connects to a first control signal (117) and a drain of the current pass FET (114) connects to a battery second terminal (101). A source of the current pass FET (114) connects a charger (load) second terminal (103) and a second logic switch (109) connects the gate (122) of the current pass FET (114) and the drain of the current pass FET (114). A control input of the second logic switch (109) connects to a second control signal (118) of a controller (105). A third logic switch (110) connects the gate (122) of the current pass FET (114) and the source of the current pass FET (114). A control input of the third logic switch connects to a third control signal (119) of the controller (105). Then, a load/charger detector (106) connects to the charger (load) second terminal and an output of the load/charger detector (106) connects to the controller (105).
