<p>The present invention relates to an LED lamp and a method for controlling a current of the same. The LED lamp according to the present invention includes a light source unit including a plurality of LED modules; an hours of use-measuring unit to measure an accumulated time of use of the light source unit; a controller to generate a current control signal when the accumulated time of use of the light source unit is equal to or greater than a reference time; and a current controller to increase the amount of a current to be applied to the light source unit according to the current control signal.</p> |
