<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical glass less liable to devitrify and crystallize. <P>SOLUTION: The optical glass contains, expressed by mol% on an oxide basis, 0-20% P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, 15-60% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 10-37% Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 5-50% Zn0, 0-20% SiO<SB>2</SB>, 0-10% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0-5% ZrO<SB>2</SB>, 0-10% Gd<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0-15% TiO<SB>2</SB>, 0-5% of Li<SB>2</SB>O+Na<SB>2</SB>O+K<SB>2</SB>O, and 0-10% of MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO, wherein a value obtained by dividing a content of P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>by a content of ZnO is <0.48, a total content of P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>and B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>is 30-60%, and when the total content of P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>and B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>exceeds 50%, and a content of P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>is≤10%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
