<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus and a control method capable of easily holding information on whether an idle-stop state is assumed or not with high reliability and performing idle-stop processing, even when a power supply voltage changes and even in a use situation where a rewriting frequency is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The control apparatus controls power production of a power production device, and includes: a voltage holding part which includes a capacitor for holding a charged or discharged electric charge; a charging and discharging part which charges or discharges the capacitor; and an idle-stop-state control part which makes the charging and discharging part charge the capacitor when the condition for idle-stopping the power production of the power production device is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
