PURPOSE:To make a mirror reflection factor alterable without using a prismatic mirror, by altering the transparency of a mirror reflecting surface continuously and phasedly, while covering it with a colored endless flexible filter, and adjusting rotation in the said filter. CONSTITUTION:In this device, an endless flexible film 1, which is rolled on both side rollers 7 and 7 being set up at top and bottom sides of a mirror 2 as well as on a drive roller 13 being set up at the backside of the mirror 2 and colored after altering its transparency in a longitudinal direction continuously and phasedly, is wound up bypassingly from the front to the back of the mirror 2. The film 1, with an automatic control action of a shifting stop device, stops at a position covering a reflecting surface of the mirror 2 in its proper part according to lightness of the exterior between a transparent part and a translucent part so that a mirror's dazzle preventing function may come to fruition with an inexpensive device. |
