<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane protein gelling agent which immobilizes membrane protein in a state of maintaining its function.SOLUTION: A membrane protein gelling agent contains a membrane protein solubilizer which has an alkoxysilyl group as a substituent and includes an amino acid sequence consisting of four amino acid residues in which an acidic amino acid and a basic amino acid are arranged alternately, and an amino acid sequence consisting of one acidic amino acid residue, one basic amino acid residue, and two acidic amino acid residues or an amino acid sequence consisting of two basic amino acid residues.</p> |
