PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has high, stable wear resistance and scratch resistance and good electrical characteristics, and can repair damage to cause abnormal images occurring on the surface of the photoreceptor so as to be used for a long period.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, and including a surface layer that contains a crosslinked cured product derived from a furan derivative and a maleimide derivative and an additive having a structure represented by the following general formula (C) and having a specific melting point.
