<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving-material cutting-work system that can rationally handle cut powder, and paving-material cutting equipment to be used in the system. <P>SOLUTION: A paving-material cutting-work system in the present invention is a system to perform a cutting work of a pavement surface P by use of: a main device 1 that creates a cut groove Ps on the pavement surface P by applying a cutter blade 30 of a cutter device 3 onto the pavement surface P; and a separation and collection device 6, which is set up on a carriage separately from the main device 1, containing a separation and collection unit 65, 66 that sucks and collects cut powder P<SB POS="POST">0</SB>produced by the work of the cutter blade 30.
