PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute data to a plurality of electronic papers in a short time.SOLUTION: A distribution apparatus includes a reception unit, a calculation unit, a selection unit, and a transmission unit. The reception unit receives communication rates between each of a plurality of display devices and each of a plurality of transmission devices. The calculation unit calculates a time until the end of data transmission from transmission devices to all the display devices for all combinations between the plurality of display devices and the plurality of transmission devices based on the communication rates received by the reception unit. The selection unit selects a combination of a transmission device for transmitting data and a display device for receiving data based on the time calculated by the calculation unit. The transmission unit transmits the combination selected by the selection unit to the transmission device. |
