PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enteric granule which inhibits agglutination of the enteric granules in an intestinal juice and achieve quick elution of an active ingredient, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same.SOLUTION: This invention provides an enteric granule having an active ingredient-comprising nucleus which comprises an active ingredient unstable in acid and an alkaline component, an intermediate layer which covers the active ingredient-comprising nucleus and comprises an acid component, and an enteric layer covering the intermediate layer, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the plurality of enteric granules.
