<p>An object of the invention is to provide a manufacturing device for PTP sheets and a manufacturing method for the PTP sheets, and the manufacturing device and the manufacturing method can modify wrong hanging of a container film and the like relative to a bag conveying roller. As pre-stage preparing process before manufacturing process of the PTP sheets (1), the container film (3) strides between the bag conveying roller (20) equipped with bag receiving recesses and a tightness adjusting roller (16), and the tightness adjusting roller (16) is arranged in manner that the tightness adjusting roller can move on an upstream side of the bag conveying roller (20). In the state, after the bag conveying roller (20) rotates, the bag conveying roller (20) is stopped on an occasion that a value of an encoder (E1) of the tightness adjusting roller (16) is a specified value, and thus the conveying path length of the container film (3) between the two rollers (20, 16) is adjusted to the specified length. At the moment, whether a value of an encoder (E2) of the bag conveying roller (20) is a specified value is determined, and the condition is issued on an occasion of inconsistency. Accordingly, an operator rehangs the container film (3) hung on the bag conveying roller (20).</p> |
