<p>A display device is provided to have a wide viewing angle and improved quality of image. A display device of the present invention includes: a plurality of gate lines; multiple pixels which are connected to multiple data lines and a timing controller wherein each of the pixels has a first sub pixel and a second sub pixel. The timing controller provides a first data signal and a second data signal alternately corresponding to one between high gray level reproduction curve and low gray level reproduction curve at every frame to the first sub pixel and the second sub pixel, respectively, if the image signal is a first type image signal; and provides the first data signal corresponding to the high gray level reproduction curve to the first sub pixel and provides the second data signal corresponding to the low gray level reproduction curve to the second sub pixel if the image signal is a second type image signal.</p> |
