FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: what is described is a biocompatible porous material containing titanium nickelide of porosity 90-95% and open porosity 70-80% with average pore size 400 mcm, impregnated with hydroxyapatide in an amount of 26-46 wt % of titanium nickelide weight. What is also described is a method for preparing the biocompatible porous material involving the ion-beam pre-processing of a surface of high-porous open-cell nickel placed on a planetary gear of a rotary table of ionic-plasma sputtering set, in low-temperature plasma in the argon environment at discharge current 40-45 A with a gradual increase of a negative potential of the rotary table from 100 to 1,000V for 80-90 min; that is followed by an electric-arc deposition by titanium ion deposition on the nickel surface with the use of a consumable titanium cathode at a negative potential of 0.9-1.2 kV between the planetary gear and a working chamber enclosure at cathode current 75-80 A; once the temperature reaches 700°C, the planetary gear potential is expected to be set at 300-350 V and maintained for 20-60 min; the prepared product is then cooled at a pressure of (5-7)·10mm Hg for 100-120 min and added with hydroxyapatite by 3-9 vacuum impregnations with 10-12% hydroxyapatite suspension at particle size less than 1mcm at a pressure of 1·10÷8·10, and air-dried.EFFECT: alongside with the high porosity, the biocompatible porous material possesses the high biological activity ensured by hydroxyapatite as an ingredient having the high osteo-replacing properties.2 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex |
