The present invention provides a device and a method for manufacturing sound absorbent-coated yarn by filling a sound absorbent into general yarn and coating the outside of the yarn with the sound absorbent; the sound absorbent-coated yarn manufactured thereby; sound absorbent-coated yarn textile woven using the sound absorbent-coated yarn manufactured thereby; a method for coating the surface of textile with the sound absorbent; and sound absorbent-coated textile manufactured thereby. The present invention can manufacture the sound absorbent-coated yarn with various sound absorbing performances depending on characteristics by manufacturing the sound absorbent-coated yarn via the device and the method for manufacturing the sound absorbent-coated yarn by coating yarn with the sound absorbent from the outside. Also, the present invention can manufacture and provide various sound absorbent-coated yarn textile with a sound absorbing function according to a purpose and characteristics using the sound absorbent-coated yarn with various performances. Also, the sound absorbent-coated yarn textile according to the present invention can maximize an effect of sound absorption by coating one surface of the sound absorbent-coated yarn textile, which is woven by various sound absorbent-coated yarn according to the purpose and characteristics, with a sound absorbent. Also, the sound absorbent textile according to the present invention can use almost all general textile as sound absorbent textile by coating one surface among the surfaces of the woven textile with the sound absorbent using general yarn; and can provide many kinds by differentiating the thickness of the sound absorbent, which is applied to one surface of the textile, according to the purpose of usage and characteristics.
