<p>The present invention relates to a method for detecting a defect and diagnosing an abnormal condition of a planet gear device and, more particularly, to a method for detecting a defect and diagnosing an abnormal condition of a planet gear device, which can calculate defect frequencies of individual gears composing a planet gear device only by inputting facility information of the planet gear device into a computer program, and can evaluate an abnormal condition of the facility by comparing a measured vibration value. To achieve the above purpose, the method for detecting a defect and diagnosing an abnormal condition of a planet gear device comprises: an information input step where a user inputs an input revolutions per minute (RPM) of a planet gear device, the number (Ts·Tr·Tp) of teeth of a sun gear, a ring gear, and a planet gear composing the planet gear device, and the number (M) of planet gear and the type of the planet gear device; a defect detection step which calculates and outputs a defect frequency of each gear according to calculation condition values previously set by types based on the facility information of the planet gear device inputted in the information input step; and an abnormal condition diagnosis step which evaluates the actual abnormal condition of the planet gear device according to preset evaluation standards on abnormal condition diagnosis, by bands of defect frequencies of each gear calculated in the defect detection step or by capacities of the facility of the planet gear device.</p> |
