<p>The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device capable of preventing degradation of a property due to a permeation of hydrogen from an organic light emitting layer to a thin film transistor. The organic light emitting display device includes: a first substrate and a second substrate which include a plurality of pixels; the thin film transistor formed on each pixel of the first substrate; a color filter layer formed on each pixel; an insulation layer formed on the color filter layer; a pixel electrode formed on the insulation layer; a hydrogen absorbing layer formed on the upper side of the thin film transistor, absorbing the hydrogen diffused to the thin film transistor; an organic light emitting unit formed on the hydrogen absorbing layer and the pixel electrode, emitting light; and a common electrode formed on the organic light emitting unit.</p> |
