The present invention relates to a method for cultivating bean sprouts containing organic germanium and organic selenium and a method for manufacturing dried bean sprouts using the same. The bean sprouts cultivated according to the present invention contains organic germanium and organic selenium, thereby exhibiting an antioxidative effect, an immunity enhancement effect, an anticancer effect, a fatigue recovery effect, an analgesic effect, and a heavy metal emission effect at the time of ingestion. Therefore, the bean sprouts of the present invention can be produced as a functional food or in a form of powder, tablet, or capsule, and can be used as a medical product for supplying organic germanium or organic selenium. Furthermore, the dried bean sprouts manufactured using the bean sprouts can have excellent storage ability, and can be ingested through simple cooking, thereby providing high convenience.
