pH-responsive Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticle Coated with Chitosan

摘要

In the present invention, provided are (a) a porous silica nanoparticle; and (b) a nanoparticle used for delivering pH-responsive drugs including chitosan used for coating the nanoparticle, controlling the speed of discharging drug from the nanoparticle by pH, and providing a proper size enough to be absorbed by eukaryotic cells.
