<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manual valve opening and closing device capable of safely and easily opening and closing a water gate by optimizing handle operation according to a position of the water gate by switching the handle to a high or low speed position according to a position of the water gate. The present invention relates to the manual valve opening and closing device comprising: a driving part (20) wherein a stem nut (22) is fix-combined inside a drive sleeve (21) shaft-supported to be rotated in a housing (10), and to lift a screw shaft (70) screw-combined with the stem nut (22) at a constant height; a first driven part (30) to connect a handle (80) with the end of a first driven shaft (31) whose part is protruding from the housing (10) in one side of the driving part (20), and wherein a second driven gear (33) is shaft-fixed to be engaged with a driving gear (24) fixed to the drive sleeve (21) with a first driven gear (32) in a first driving shaft (31) inside the housing (10); and a second driven part (40) to connect the handle (80) with the end of a second driven shaft (41) in parallel with the first driven shaft (31) while a part is protruding from the housing (10) in one side of the first driven part (30), and wherein a third driven gear (42) is shaft-fixed to be engaged with the first driven gear (32) to the second driven shaft (41) inside the housing (10). A valve is driven at an optimum speed according to the position of a valve body by selectively connecting the handle (80) with the first driven part (30) and the second driven part (40) by combination.</p> |
