<p>An organic light emitting diode display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent electrical interference between devices by forming a ground metal layer between layers in which devices are formed. An organic light emitting diode display comprises an organic light-emitting diode(100), one or more driving elements(90), and one or more switching elements(60) and a ground metal layer(28). The organic light-emitting diode is formed on a substrate(2). The driving element controls the organic light-emitting diode. The switching element controls the driving element. The organic light emitting diode, the driving element and the switching element are formed in different layers on the substrate. The ground metal layer is formed between the driving element and the switching element. The source electrode(16) of the switching element is connected to the gate electrode(36) of the driving element. The source electrode(42) of the driving element is connected to the organic light-emitting diode.</p> |
