The present invention relates to a component quality monitoring system. The component quality monitoring system of the present invention includes: a test information management server which is constructed independently in component manufacturing companies in partnership, and manages test result of a production process of components, and transmits the managed test information through a network; and a test information monitoring server which is constructed in a complete product manufacturing company, and classifies the transmitted test information according to component manufacturing companies, and analyzes process quality status shown in the production process by each component manufacturing company by using the classified test information, and generates a monitoring screen comprising the process quality status per component manufacturing company and then displays the monitoring screen. The component quality monitoring system makes requests of the complete product manufacturing company as to components reflected by the component manufacturing companies in partnership smoothly. |
