<p>The present invention relates to a trunk lid hinge torsion bar. The objective of the present invention is to prevent noise caused by the vibration of a torsion bar by having a vibration damper for preventing the shaking of the torsion bar by vibration or resonance. The vibration damper is integrally formed in the torsion bar. For the above-mentioned objective, the trunk lid hinge torsion bar connects a hinge bracket installed on both sides inside a trunk room to a hinge arm link, which is installed to be respectively rotatable in both hinge brackets and is connected to a truck lid, thereby assisting the opening and closing of the truck lid. The truck lid hinge torsion bar comprises a first torsion bar which connects the left hinge bracket to the link of the right hinge arm; and a second torsion bar which connects the right hinge bracket to the link of the left hinge arm. One or more vibration dampers are installed in at least one of the first torsion bar and the second torsion bar in order to suppress the vibration of the torsion bar by being in contact with the inner surface of the trunk room. The vibration damper has a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the torsion bar in order to be in contact with the outer surface of the torsion bar on the inner side. The vibration damper has an outer diameter corresponding to the distance between the torsion bar and the inner surface of the trunk room in order to be in contact with the inner side of the trunk room.</p> |
