Disclosed are a shuttle embroidery machine with a touchscreen method and a controlling method thereof. The shuttle embroidery machine with a touchscreen method comprises: a design storage module for storing a design file for embroidery; a touchscreen module for displaying the design file stored in the design storage module, receiving an instruction according to the touch input of a user and displaying the result of embroidery conducted according to the input instruction; a pneumatic module for automatically or manually moving the frame of the X-axis and the Y-axis vertically or horizontally according to the design file stored in the design storage module; a servo motor module for automatically or manually driving, in a forward direction or a backward direction, a needle and a borer included in a shuttle according to the design file stored in the design storage module; a winding motor module for automatically or manually winding or unwinding a fabric according to the design file stored in the design storage module; and a control module for controlling the pneumatic module, the servo motor module and the winding motor module to be operated to conduct embroidery according to the design file stored in the design file module. |
