<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both shake reduction and resolution feeling maintenance in an HDR composite image.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: an imaging element in which a plurality of pixels each having a photoelectric conversion element are arranged in a matrix; and detection means for detecting movement of the imaging device. First light exposure control means performs first light exposure and second light exposure with a light exposure time shorter than that of the first light exposure to the imaging element at different timings while no operation of the imaging device is detected by the detection means. While the operation of the imaging device is detected by the detection means, second light exposure control means performs third light exposure to a first line of the imaging element along a direction defined so as to correspond to a direction of the operation, and performs fourth light exposure with a light exposure time shorter than that of the third light exposure to a second line other than the first line in a time period overlapped with a performance time period for the third light exposure. Synthesis means synthesizes two images obtained by the light exposure control at the first and second light exposure control means.</p> |
