<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision possibility determination system that avoids cost increase accompanied by complication of a calculation process or an effect on responsiveness, estimates a travelling course change due to mutual interference of moving objects in accordance with a kind of an object, and causes the estimation to be reflected on a determination.SOLUTION: A system (1) acquiring object information on a periphery of a travelling course of an own vehicle, estimating a travelling course of each moving object from the acquired object information, and determining a collision possibility with the own vehicle is configured to: define a virtual moving object moving to a lateral direction in an avoidance action of each mutual moving object (22); and determine a collision possibility of the virtual moving object (23). A step of defining the virtual moving object includes: correcting a position of the virtual moving object with a position correction coefficient (K) in accordance with a type of each of the moving objects; or correcting a moving speed of the virtual moving object with a speed coefficient (L) in accordance with a type of each of the moving objects.</p> |
