<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in measuring an inner shape of a measured object having a space inside.SOLUTION: An inner shape measuring device 1A for measuring an inner shape of a space in a measured object having the space inside comprises: a beam generation unit 10 that generates and emits a light beam radially; a first filter part 20b that is arranged in a light path of the light beam generated from the beam generation unit, which is located in the space of the measured object, and is a cylindrically-formed polarization filter; a second filter part 20c that is arranged on a route, which is located in the space of the measured object and is located between a light trajectory of the light beam and an imaging unit, and is a cylindrically-formed polarization filter differing from the first filter part 20b in an angle of a polarization direction centering around a central axis; the imaging unit 30 that images the light trajectory, through the second filter unit, which is generated when the light beam generated by the beam generation unit penetrates the first filter part and is emitted to the space inner surface of the measured object; and a computing unit 40 that uses the image taken by the imaging unit to obtain an inner shape of the measured object.</p> |
