　Provided are a heat exchanger and a heat exchange system with which it is possible to easily clean a fluid flow channel and check the status of the fluid flow channel. The heat exchanger (1) conducts heat exchange between a heat-exchanged liquid (110) and a heat exchanging fluid (120) to adjust the temperature of the heat-exchanged liquid, and is provided with a flow channel-forming part (11) of a shape resembling the conical portion of a funnel. The flow channel-forming part (11) has a heat-exchanged liquid flow channel, which is the flow channel for the heat-exchanged liquid (110) and which is formed to generally spiral shape on the inside peripheral surface of the flow channel-forming part (11). The heat-exchanged liquid flow channel is a groove-shaped flow channel open at the vertically upper portion.
