PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method and a device for specifying an electric noise propagation path through an object.SOLUTION: A method for specifying an electric noise propagation path through an object from a cyclical electric noise source involves: a) arranging, in a selected area on the object, a noise sensor which is of a noise measurement device and which generates, to the noise measurement device, an output signal indicating the magnitude of an electric noise; b) generating a trigger signal synchronized with the cyclical electric noise source; c) connecting, in order to initiate electric noise readout from the sensor by the noise measurement device, the trigger signal to the noise measurement device generating the output signal as noise data; d) recording the noise data output from the measurement device in correlation with information about the position of the selected area; e) moving the sensor to another selected area; and f) repeating the steps a) through e). |
