<p>The invention relates to an information query method and device for use between different OTTs, the method comprising: receiving a first query request used for querying OTT user information, said first query request carrying partial OTT information of a target user and to be queried; obtaining, according to the received partial OTT information of the target user and carried by the first query request, the identification of the query target user; using the obtained identification, querying and obtaining, from an OTT information data storage device, OTT information associated with the target user; returning the queried and obtained OTT information associated with the target user. By means of interaction between a terminal and an identity management server or interaction between OTT servers, information querying between different OTT services is achieved.</p> |
