<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a reaction of a fluorine-based lubrication oil with a metal having Lewis acid catalytic activity contained in a material of a slide member, in the slide member which uses the fluorine-based lubrication oil as a lubricant.SOLUTION: A slide member of the invention contains a metal, and uses a fluorine-based lubrication oil as a lubricant. In particular, the slide member contains a nitride which is formed by applying nitriding treatment to the metal which composes the slide member. This makes a Lewis acid of the metal contained in the slide member to be inactivated, because, under a high temperature environment, the Lewis acid of the metal captures a nitrogen atom contained due to the nitriding treatment, in the slide member. As a result, a reaction of the fluorine-based lubrication oil with the Lewis acid is suppressed. Accordingly, decomposition of the fluorine-based lubrication oil is inhibited, corrosion of a sliding face of the slide member caused by generation of hydrogen fluoride can be suppressed, and occurrence of abnormal wear of the sliding face can be suppressed.</p> |
